Refunds & Exchanges Because every single item at Mana & Thread is custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. We highly encourage you to review our sizing charts on each product page before ordering!
Damages and Issues If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right immediately! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at [Your Store Email] within 14 days of delivery with:
Your order number.
A clear photo of the damaged/misprinted area.
Once verified, we will send out a brand-new replacement free of charge.

Processing & Production Time Every order is printed on-demand just for you!
Production: Please allow 2–5 business days for our printing partners to manufacture, quality check, and pack your order.
Shipping: Once printed, domestic shipping within the US typically takes 3–6 business days.
Tracking Your Order You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your package leaves the printing facility.
